SORT_FLAG_CASE

ConstantAdded in PHP 5.4

SORT_FLAG_CASE is one of the accepted parameters for:

  • sort parameter #2 (optionally as a bitmask)
  • rsort parameter #2 (optionally as a bitmask)
  • asort parameter #2 (optionally as a bitmask)
  • arsort parameter #2 (optionally as a bitmask)
  • ksort parameter #2 (optionally as a bitmask)
  • krsort parameter #2 (optionally as a bitmask)

SORT_FLAG_CASESORT_FLAG_CASE can be combined (bitwise OR) with SORT_STRING or SORT_NATURAL to sort strings case-insensitively. As of PHP 8.2.0, only ASCII case folding will be done.
