CURLOPT_FTP_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.

CURLOPT_FTP_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT — A timeout in seconds cURL will wait for a response from an FTP server. This option overrides CURLOPT_TIMEOUT. This option accepts any value that can be cast to a valid int. This option name is replaced with CURLOPT_SERVER_RESPONSE_TIMEOUT, available as of PHP 8.4.0. Available as of cURL 7.10.8 and deprecated as of cURL 7.85.0.
