OCI8: oci8.persistent_timeout — Connection: The maximum number of seconds a process is allowed to maintain an idle persistent connection. Using -1 means idle persistent connections will be maintained forever.

Modifiability: INI_SYSTEM - The oci8.persistent_timeout INI directive directive is a system-directive, and can only be configured in php.ini files or Server-API configuration files such as Apache httpd.conf. It cannot be configured with ini_set calls.
