MySQLi: mysqli.local_infile_directory — It allows the user to specify a folder where files that can be sent via LOAD DATA LOCAL can exist. It is ignored if mysqli.allow_local_infile is enabled.

Modifiability: INI_SYSTEM - The mysqli.local_infile_directory INI directive directive is a system-directive, and can only be configured in php.ini files or Server-API configuration files such as Apache httpd.conf. It cannot be configured with ini_set calls.
