mb_parse_str(string $string, &$result): bool
Parameters
$string

The URL encoded data.
$result
Passed by reference
An array containing decoded and character encoded converted values.
Note that the parameter
$resultis passed by reference, and contains additional/updated context data that may be useful.
Return value
Typebool
Returns true on success, false on failure
