get_cfg_var Function synopsis

get_cfg_var(string $option): array|string|false

Parameters

$option

Typestring

The configuration option name.

$option accepts one of the following string values:

  • allow_call_time_pass_reference
  • allow_url_fopen
  • allow_url_include
  • always_populate_raw_post_data

Return value

Typearray|string|false

Returns the current value of the PHP configuration variable specified by $option, or false if an error occurs.
