enable_dl — Whether or not to enable the dl() function. The dl() function does NOT work properly in multithreaded servers, such as IIS or Zeus, and is automatically disabled on them.

Modifiability: INI_SYSTEM - The enable_dl INI directive directive is a system-directive, and can only be configured in php.ini files or Server-API configuration files such as Apache httpd.conf. It cannot be configured with ini_set calls.
