INI

default_mimetype — By default, PHP will output a media type using the Content-Type header. To disable this, simply set it to be empty. PHP's built-in default media type is set to text/html.

Default value "text/html"
Development value "text/html"
Production value "text/html"

Modifiability: INI_ALL - The default_mimetype INI directive can be configured anywhere, including php.ini files, ini_set calls, Apache .htaccess files, per-directory .ini files, etc.
