CURLOPT_TIMEVALUE is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_TIMEVALUE — The time in seconds since January 1st, 1970. The time will be used
by CURLOPT_TIMECONDITION.
Defaults to 0.
