CURLOPT_TCP_NODELAY

CURLOPT_TCP_NODELAY is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_TCP_NODELAY — true to disable TCP's Nagle algorithm, which tries to minimize
the number of small packets on the network.
Defaults to true.
Available as of cURL 7.11.2.
