CURLOPT_SSL_ENABLE_NPN is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_SSL_ENABLE_NPN — false to disable NPN in the SSL handshake (if the SSL backend
cURL is built to use supports it), which can be used to
negotiate http2.
Available as of PHP 7.0.7 and cURL 7.36.0, and deprecated as of cURL 7.86.0.
