is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt
parameter #2

CURLOPT_RTSP_STREAM_URI
— Sets a string
with the stream URI to operate on.
If not set, cURL defaults to operating on generic server options
by passing *
in the place of the RTSP Stream URI.
When working with RTSP, CURLOPT_RTSP_STREAM_URI
indicates what URL to send to the server in the request header
while the CURLOPT_URL
indicates
where to make the connection to.
Available as of cURL 7.20.0.
