CURLOPT_RTSP_REQUEST is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.

CURLOPT_RTSP_REQUEST — Sets the kind of RTSP request to make. Must be one of the CURL_RTSPREQ_* constants. Available as of cURL 7.20.0.
