CURLOPT_RANGE

CURLOPT_RANGE is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_RANGE — A string with the range(s) of data to retrieve in the format X-Y where X or Y are optional. HTTP transfers
also support several intervals, separated with commas in the format
X-Y,N-M.
Set to null to disable requesting a byte range.
Available as of cURL 7.1.0.
