CURLOPT_PROXY_CRLFILE is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_PROXY_CRLFILE — Set to a string with the file name
with the concatenation of CRL (Certificate Revocation List)
in PEM format to use in the certificate validation that occurs during
the SSL exchange.
Available as of PHP 7.3.0 and cURL 7.52.0.
