CURLOPT_PROXY_CAINFO_BLOB

CURLOPT_PROXY_CAINFO_BLOB — A string with the name of a PEM file holding one or more certificates to verify the HTTPS proxy with.
This option is for connecting to an HTTPS proxy, not an HTTPS server.
Defaults set to the system path where cURL's cacert bundle is assumed
to be stored.
Available as of PHP 8.2.0 and cURL 7.77.0.
