CURLOPT_PROXYHEADER is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.

CURLOPT_PROXYHEADER — An array of custom HTTP header strings to pass to proxies. Available as of PHP 7.0.7 and cURL 7.37.0.
