CURLOPT_PATH_AS_IS

CURLOPT_PATH_AS_IS is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.

CURLOPT_PATH_AS_IS — Set to true for cURL not alter URL paths before passing them on to the server. Defaults to false, which squashes sequences of /../ or /./ that may exist in the URL's path part which is supposed to be removed according to RFC 3986 section 5.2.4. Available as of PHP 7.0.7 and cURL 7.42.0.
