CURLOPT_LOW_SPEED_TIME

CURLOPT_LOW_SPEED_TIME is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_LOW_SPEED_TIME — The number of seconds the transfer speed should be below
CURLOPT_LOW_SPEED_LIMIT before PHP considers
the transfer too slow and aborts.
This option accepts any value that can be cast to a valid int.
