CURLOPT_HTTP09_ALLOWED

CURLOPT_HTTP09_ALLOWED is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_HTTP09_ALLOWED — Whether to allow HTTP/0.9 responses. Defaults to false as of libcurl 7.66.0;
formerly it defaulted to true.
Available as of PHP 7.3.15 and 7.4.3, respectively, and cURL 7.64.0
