CURLOPT_HAPROXYPROTOCOL is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_HAPROXYPROTOCOL — true to send an HAProxy PROXY protocol v1 header at the start of the connection.
The default action is not to send this header.
Available as of PHP 7.3.0 and cURL 7.60.0.
