CURLOPT_FTP_USE_EPSV is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_FTP_USE_EPSV — Set to true to first try an EPSV command for FTP transfers before reverting back to PASV.
Set to false to disable EPSV.
