CURLOPT_FTP_USE_EPRT is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #2.
CURLOPT_FTP_USE_EPRT — Set to true to use EPRT (and LPRT) when doing active FTP downloads.
Set to false to disable EPRT and LPRT and use PORT only.
Available as of cURL 7.10.5.
