CURLOPT_DOH_SSL_VERIFYSTATUS — Set to 1 to enable and 0 to disable
the verification of the status of the DNS-over-HTTPS server certificate
using the "Certificate Status Request" TLS extension (OCSP stapling).
Available as of PHP 8.2.0 and cURL 7.76.0.
