CURLFTPMETHOD_SINGLECWD is one of the accepted parameters for curl_setopt parameter #3 (optionally as a bitmask).
CURLFTPMETHOD_SINGLECWD — libcurl does one CWD with the full target directory
and then operates on the file like in the multicwd case.
